Brief Report – International E-conference
International E-conference on “International Declarations and National Policies in Promoting Inclusive Education in the light of COVID-19 Pandemic” was held on 18th and 19th September 2020. The conference was inaugurated with prayer song followed by the welcome address and presentation of the theme of the conference by Dr. Sudha. A, Asst. Professor & Head, Dept. of Intellectual Disability, RKMVERI-FDMSE. Swami Garishthananda Maharaj, Administrative Head, RKMVERI, Coimbatore Campus, blessed the participants through his benedictory address. Dr. Subodh Kumar, Member Secretary, Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi gave key note speech and a Special Talk was given by Dr .N. Muthaiah, Dean, RKMVERI-FDMSE, Coimbatore Campus. Br. Ajarachaitanya, Asst. Admin. Head, RKMVERI-FDMSE and faculty members were present in the occasion. In total 207 participants registered for the programme. Three International and 8 national level experts were acted as resource persons. Based on the theme of the conference 14 papers were presented during this conference. Valedictory function was held on 19th September, 2020 and feedbacks were collected from participants. More than 1.8K viewers watched the programme RKMVERI you tube channel.
