The Faculty organized ‘Special Teachers Convention Programme’, and ‘Special Olympics – Young Athlete Training & Capacity Building Programme’ on 27 March, 2023.
Twelve playing stations for Children with disabilities were arranged with the help of 40 teacher trainees in which 165 Children with disabilities and 45 Parents participated and exhibited their talents.
Seventy-three special education teachers along with the parents and caregivers attended the convention programme and got exposed to handling the Children with disabilities through various Motor Activity Training and Adapted Activities. The Children with disabilities were felicitated with certificates and medals, and the Teachers and Parents with certificates.
