The 79th Independence Day 2025 was celebrated at RKMVERI, Coimbatore Campus with patriotic spirit and enthusiastic participation. The National Flag was hoisted by Swami Garishthananda, Administrative Head, RKMVERI, Coimbatore Campus, accompanied by Swami Karunikananda, Assistant Administrative Head, and Dr. R. Giridharan, Associate Professor & Head, RKMVERI–GAPEY, Coimbatore Campus.
The programme included the National Anthem, Pledge Taking, and March Past Parade by contingents of GAPEY Houses and Main Contingent, FDMSE Students, FDMSE Therapy Unit, and ARTD Students. The celebration concluded with the distribution of sweets to all participants.
A total of 466 participants attended the programme, comprising faculty members, students, teacher trainees, therapy unit children, and parents.
