15th Convocation of RKMVERI, Coimbatore Campus, 2021

The 15th Convocation of the four Faculties of the Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute, Coimbatore Campus was held in a blended mode at GKD Auditorium, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya on 3rd February 2021. The convocation ceremony started with the prayer song by Vidyalaya Music Teachers followed by chanting of Taittiriya Upanished by the monks of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya.

Swami Garishthananda, Administrative Head of RKMVERI, Coimbatore Campus and Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Coimbatore delivered the welcome address. Swami Sarvottamananda, Vice Chancellor, RKMVERI, Belur Math delivered the introductory address. Swami Kirtipradananda, Registrar, RKMVERI, presented the profile of the University. Next to that, Revered Swami Suviranandaji Maharaj, Chancellor, RKMVERI and General Secretary, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Belur, Kolkata delivered the Benedictory address.

The Convocation address was delivered by Shri Banwarilal Purohit, Hon’ble Governor of Tamil Nadu in which he motivated the youth to follow the message of Swami Vivekananda. The pledge was administered by Revered Swami Atmapriyanandaji Maharaj, Pro-Chancellor, RKMVERI followed by the vote of thanks proposed by Dr. N. Muthaiah, Dean, FDMSE. In total 210 students (36 students from FDMSE, 104 from GAPEY, 54 from FAR and 16 from DCS) received their degrees during the convocation ceremony.
