Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute (RKMVERI), Faculty of General & Adapted Physical Education and Yoga (GAPEY), Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya Campus organized “RKMV TROPHY – STATE LEVEL TOURNAMENT IN VOLLEYBALL FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED – Women)” on 5th October, 2023.
A total of 5 teams consisting of 45 Persons with Visual Impairment participated from 5 districts (Erode, Kalakuruchi, Vilupuram, Thanjavur and Chengalpattu) of Tamil Nadu.
Swami Garishthananda, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, and Administrative Head, RKMVERI, Faculty of GAPEY, and Swami Tadbhasanandaji Maharaj, Correspondent, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Polytechnic College witnessed the inaugural matches and encouraged the players.

Giridharan, Associate Professor & Head, RKMVERI, Faculty of GAPEY were the dignitaries who distributed the Trophies, Certificates, Medals and Cash Prizes to the Winners. Dr. A. Sathiya Moorthy, Assistant Professor, Coordinated the events.
