GYMNASTICS WORKSHOP
Students Literary Association of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute, Faculty of General & Adapted Physical Education and Yoga organized workshop on gymnastics on 29th September 2021.Mr. V Selvaganes, Member of Tamil Nadu Gymnastics Association cum Coach of Coimbatore District Gymnastics Association and Mr. V Selvamurugan Coach of Coimbatore District Gymnastics Association were the resource persons.
In the workshop the following topics were covered:
- Introduction to Gymnastics
- Rules and scoring in:
- Flooring exercise
- Watling Horse
- Parallel bar
- Officiating in Gymnastics(Basics)
Total 275 students from BSc Phs., BPEd.,& MPEd. courses were actively participated and benefited.
